The driver suspected of fleeing the scene as two people lay dying following a horrific crash last week on Stamford's West Side was publicly identified by police Friday. Police are asking for the public's help and are offering a $500 reward to anyone who can help them find Felicia Burl, a 32-year-old woman with a long criminal record, who is suspected of being at the wheel of a 2002 Nissan Altima that ran through a red light and slammed into the side of a Greenwich couple's station wagon.
