RYE, N.Y. New York State Police charged a woman from Greenwich, Conn., with aggravated driving while intoxicated after an accident on Interstate 95 on Wednesday, Oct. 1. Carolyn G. Halpern, 60, was charged with aggravated DWI after giving a breath sample of 0.18 percent blood alcohol content after police responded to a one-car accident at the Exit 22 ramp of I-95 in Rye.
