Suspect in Greenwich Jewelry Heist Skips Out

One of the men arrested for the 2011 theft of Rolex watches from a Greenwich Avenue jeweler reportedly skipped out on his date to surrender for his jail sentence last week and a state Superior Court judge has ordered his rearrest. Naquan Ferguson, 28, of Brooklyn, NY was to surrender Oct. 16 to begin a 8 1/2-year jail sentence after he pleaded guilty to robbery and larceny charges but he was an apparent no-show, according to The Advocate.
