Frank Farricker didn't get an invite to President Barack Obama's fundraising stop Tuesday evening at a private reception at a home in a wealthy, exclusive area of backcountry Greenwich. However, the chairman of the Greenwich Town Committee, who also doubles as chairman of the state's lottery corporation, said he's happy the president is swinging through town.
