Greenwich Office Park unveils new lookvisit|article-5843465|mobile_home_category_body-1685|2

Brokers from around Fairfield and Westchester counties gathered at Greenwich Office Park Thursday morning to take in the sights at a newly renovated office space, the first of several projects that will transform the formerly monolithic cluster into a more modern destination. The park, built as a headquarters for UPS in the 1970s, went under the knife recently for $14 million in renovations, and is making its debut as a LEED-certified option with about 40,000 square feet of office space up for grabs in the newest section.
