Cheetah cubs, born on Labor Day, explore at the LEO Zoological Conservation Center in Greenwich, Conn., on Tuesday, October 14, 2014. The cubs, two male and one female, are part of a litter of eight born to the only King cheetah in America and all carry the allele, therefore improving the chances of increasing the population of King cheetahs, which is estimated to be only 30 worldwide.
