For Visconti, a chance to be heard

Thursday night's gubernatorial debate is Joe Visconti 's first of the election season, and the 57-year-old conservative from West Hartford wants to focus on the state's budget problems. In an interview with Hearst Connecticut Media about 70 minutes before joining Gov. Dannel P. Malloy and Republican Tom Foley of Greenwich for the live event on CPTV, Visconti said his strategy is simple.
