The Greenwich Historical Society presents its traditional Fall Festival, sponsored by The First Bank of Greenwich, on Sunday, Oct. 12, from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. at Bush-Holley Historic Site, at 39 Strickland Road. The fall festival will feature a scarecrow-making competition, a hayride tour through the Strickland Road Historic District compliments of Sam Bridge Nursery, and in keeping with the World War I theme of the Historical Society's fall exhibition "Greenwich Faces the Great War," the event will include family-friendly tours of Bush-Holley House, interpreted as it would have been during the World War I years.
