A Greenwich woman is facing a felony charge of risk of injury to a minor after she reportedly left an infant locked in a car at a Stamford park as she watched another child at the playground. Daniell Neuman, 36, of 39 Boulder Brook Rd., was charged with risk of injury to a child and leaving a child unsupervised following the 2:30 p.m. incident Thursday, Sept.
