In partnership with neighborhood supermarkets, including A&P, Kings, Stop & Shop, and Whole Foods, as well as with The Senior Center of Greenwich, JFS board members, members of the Generation to Generation Club of Greenwich High School and the JCC Greenwich Teen Action Committee were stationed across the community raising awareness and funding for the Supermarketing for Seniors program. The program is a nondenominational free grocery shopping and case management service designed to meet the physical, emotional and social needs of housebound Greenwich citizen 60 years of age or older.
