A Greenwich man was arrested by Port Chester police and the Westchester County Police Narcotics Unit after he reportedly tried to sell cocaine to an undercover officer. Eddy Herrera, 23, of Hollow Wood Lane, Greenwich, is facing felony drug and weapons charges after he was found to have a loaded 9mm handgun and a quantity of cocaine when he was arrested Sept.
