Richard Scully, 61, of 54 Sheep Hill Road, Greenwich, was charged Thursday, Sept. 25, 2014, with driving while under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident, engaging police in pursuit, resisting arrest, driving the wrong way on a one-way street and striking an officer with a motor vehicle.
