The group spearheading a 9/11 Memorial in Greenwich is a third of the way toward reaching its goal of building the memorial in the new Cos Cob Park. The Greenwich September 11th Memorial has already raised about $250,000 of its $750,000 goal, said Gervais Hearn, director of development.
