Real estate in all its permutations -- from estates to hip apartments to city-making developments -- dominated the dais at the Game Changers lunch presented earlier this month by the Fairfield County Business Journal and attended by 170 at The Waters Edge at Giovanni's in Darien. Sponsors included Eastern Land Management in Stamford, the Stamford office of accounting and assurance company McGladrey, Stamford-based First County Bank and Sotheby's International Realty, Greenwich.
