Vice President Joe Biden, preaching to the choir of Democratic heavy hitters who coughed up thousands of dollars, gave a full-throated defense of Gov. Dannel P. Malloy Wednesday on a fundraising swing through Greenwich and Malloy's hometown of Stamford.
