A Greenwich, Conn., estate called Copper Beech Farm has sold for $120 million, making it the most expensive recorded home sale in the U.S. Priced as high as $190 million, the 50.5-acre estate centers on an 1890s French Renaissance-style home of 13,519 square feet that sits on 4,000 feet of waterfront.
