Orange Health Solutions, a Jacksonville-based company that provides administrative and clerical support to its health care partners, announced Wednesday it had acquired MZI HealthCare, after receiving "a significant investment" from Great Point Partners, a health care-focused private equity firm based in Greenwich, Conn.
