Lawyers: Release Skakel before new trial

In their latest bid to win freedom for Michael Skakel , lawyers for the nephew of the late Robert F. Kennedy say that their client should be treated by the court as an innocent defendant instead of convicted murderer while he awaits a new trial for the 1975 slaying of Greenwich teenager Martha Moxley.
