The Town of Greenwich will host a launch party for a new program that will offer discounts on solar power to residents at Town Hall on Wednesday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. The new program offered through the Clean Energy Finance and Investment Authority and SmartPower leverages group discounts through a preselected installer to reduce costs.
