Greenwich resident Marianne Thompson-Hillmer celebrates Halloween 2011 with her dog JosA , who is dressed as the "Sultan of Greenwich" in a gold plumed turban, saddled on top of his camel, Greta, a 165-pound Irish wolfhound.
