The U.S. Geological Survey has confirmed that a 2.1-magnitude earthquake that shook parts of Fairfield County on Friday night was centered in Greenwich.

A small earthquake caused no damage or serious injury yesterday but left some Old Greenwich, Conn., residents all shook up, authorities said.
