Michal Krakowiak, 24, of 38 Rock Spring Road, Ridgefield, was charged Friday with DWI and failure to drive right on a curve.
Krakowiak was issued $250 bond and is scheduled to appear in state Superior Court in Stamford Nov. 28.

11/12/11 Greenwich Police Blotter: Possession of alcohol by a minor
Police stopped a black Audi station wagon on West Putnam Avenue last night after the vehicle did not have its exterior lights lit, according to police. While speaking with the driver, Constantine J. Hadjipateras, 18, police saw several Smirnoff bottles. One of the two other teenage boys in the car was attempting to conceal the bottles with his legs, police said. A check of the rear passenger floor revealed a black plastic bag with a bottle of Southern Comfort and a bottle of Minsk Vodka inside it, police said.
In addition to the charge of possession of alcohol by a minor, Hadjipateras was issued a written warning for failure to have lights illuminated.
All three suspects are scheduled to appear in state Superior Court in Stamford Nov. 25.

11/12/11 Larchmont Man Charged By Greenwich Police
John Musacchio, 52, of 99 Myrtle Boulevard, Larchmont, N.Y., was charged yesterday with breach of peace, interfering with an officer and weapons in a motor vehicle.
Greenwich police responded to the area of Sumner Road Nov. 11 on a report of a suspicious male, wearing a camouflage jump suit with a rifle on his back, riding a bicycle in the road, police said. Police later stopped a black pickup truck and found a green mountain bike in the rear of the truck, they said. The driver, Musacchio, was wearing a one-piece camouflage jump suit, police said. Within the truck in an unlocked gun case was a Ruger .22-caliber Hornet bolt-action rifle and ammunition, police said.
Musacchio posted $1,500 bond and is scheduled to appear in state Superior Court in Stamford Nov. 18.
