11/12/11 Larchmont Man Charged By Greenwich Police

John Musacchio, 52, of 99 Myrtle Boulevard, Larchmont, N.Y., was charged yesterday with breach of peace, interfering with an officer and weapons in a motor vehicle.

Greenwich police responded to the area of Sumner Road Nov. 11 on a report of a suspicious male, wearing a camouflage jump suit with a rifle on his back, riding a bicycle in the road, police said. Police later stopped a black pickup truck and found a green mountain bike in the rear of the truck, they said. The driver, Musacchio, was wearing a one-piece camouflage jump suit, police said. Within the truck in an unlocked gun case was a Ruger .22-caliber Hornet bolt-action rifle and ammunition, police said.

Musacchio posted $1,500 bond and is scheduled to appear in state Superior Court in Stamford Nov. 18.

Two 17-year-old boys and an 18-year-old man were each charged Friday with possession of alcohol by a minor.
