Greenwich police arrested a New York City man over the weekend for attempting to use fraudulent credit cards in a Greenwich Avenue jewelry store. Emeli Kwasi Attipoe, of Brooklyn, New York, was charged with three counts of unlawful completion/reproduction of a credit card, four counts of second-degree forgery, one count of interfering with an officer and one count of criminal attempt at first-degree larceny.
