| Breaking News Alert Clean up efforts from the damage left by Tropical Storm Irene continue, but thousands of residents are still without power and streets remain partially closed throughout town. More than 150 road blockages have already been cleared since Monday afternoon, but 80 more roads are still either partially or completely closed due to fallen trees or downed power lines.
