08/29/11 Greenwich Point will open at noon, but for boaters only so they can check on their vessels

The Point will be closed to the general public to allow cleanup to continue

Access to the Town’s marinas in Cos Cob and Byram, and at Grass Island, remain open for boaters and the general public.

A boat was tossed ashore on the beach in Byram and one was submerged at Grass Island.
