08/29/11 Even Though 3 Schools Don’t Have Power, Greenwich Teachers Are Ordered To Report For Work Tomorrow - The First Day Of School Is Thursday
The International School at Dundee, North Mianus and Glenville schools still have no electricity, but the Greenwich Board of Education says they’re are told that power will be restored by Thursday.
Greenwich Schools are on track to open Thursday, unless something happens between now and then.
The Towns teachers were supposed to have their first day today, but they were given a snow day instead.
Sports practices were also cancelled today.
