At the previous BET meeting the discussion centered around whether the BOE should foot the bill for environmental testing that is now required for the school’s seven athletic fields.

There was talk about whether MISA — already criticized by many for costing too much — has opened up a can of worms, and whether the state Department of Energy and Environmental Protection and the federal EPA would require more soil testing around the school property.
