The last thing most Americans want to think about right now is losing weight. But in about two weeks, when we ring in 2011 and decide what we want to change in our lives for the new year, it will probably be the number one thing we focus on.

Greenwich police engaged in a brief pursuit Sunday night after a black Honda Civic ran a red light in Old Greenwich and failed to obey an officer's command to pull over, according to police.
Two people were arrested and charged with driving while under the influence over the weekend as a result of sobriety checkpoints and roving patrols in Greenwich.
Henry Cobbs, an 8th-grader at Greenwich Country Day School, recently designed a web site for RTM District 7. It is the first such site for an RTM district in town.
