09/07/10 Dan Debicella Says, "I am Working for Women"

New TV Ad -- "Working for Women"

Friends,

Today we started our new TV commercial called "Working for Women". You can see the ad
here.

The commercial highlights my economic plan and how it will help our families. My payroll tax cut will help every middle class family and small business (and be deficit-neutral by repealing unspent stimulus funds). Extending the 2001 and 2003 tax cuts will prevent a job-killing tax increase.
And creating a federal spending cap will pull back the debt that Washington is leaving to our children.

The commercial also emphasizes my position on women's issues, including my co-sponsorship of bills in the State Senate to increase minimum sentences for sexual assault and Connecticut's "equal pay for equal work law".

As voters get to know me, they will know how my common-sense solutions can help our families. But in order for them to see this, we need to continue our fundraising. Each time an ad shows on cable, it costs $50. Would you consider helping us pay for these by
donating $100, $500, or even $2,400 today?

Thank you for your continuing support!
