07/14/10 TOPIX:Bond Commission OKs Nestle deal

The governor-chaired State Bond Commission on Tuesday approved the $4 million, 10-year low-interest loan promised Nestle Waters North America to keep the company from moving to Westchester County when its Greenwich lease expires at year's end.
