A massive building on North Porchuck Road in Greenwich that might house artwork has been heavily damaged by fire.
A limo driver spotted fire at the 14,000 foot building, which is under construction, at around 4 a.m., and reported it, officials said.
It took about four and half hours for firefighters to put out the blaze. By the time it was extinguished, fire had damaged about half of the building, officials said.
