10/23/09 The Greenwich Chapter of the American Red Cross Greenwich seeks volunteer Motor Services drivers.

Motor Services drivers provide free transportation for Greenwich residents who have no other way to get to and from town health-care services, according to Greenwich Chapter officials.
The service operates 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. to noon Friday. Volunteer drivers usually serve a half-day a week.


To volunteer, visit www.greenwichredcross.org, click on the link "What Can I Do?," then "Volunteer" and download an application or call the Greenwich Chapter at 203-869-8444, ext. 122. Completed forms should be mailed or dropped off to: Andrew Sindell, director of community services at the Greenwich

Chapter of the American Red Cross, 99 Indian Field Road, Greenwich, CT 06830 or faxed to 203-869-0192.
