One Again Police Chief David Ridberg Has Given Frank Trotta The Inside Scoop On The Latest Police Statistics To Be Cherry Picked Before The Preliminary 2008 FBI Crime Index Comes To The Town.

Frank
Trotta Fails To Mention The Greenwich Police Chief David Ridberg Has Failed To Public Release The GPD disaster Known As The 2007 Preliminary 2007 FBI Crime Index Report.

Even Though Last Summer Police Chief David
Ridberg Was Quoted By Greenwich Time Report Martin Cassidy Saying That The 2007 FBI Report Would Be Released Before The End Of 2008.

Yes, Seat Belt Tickets Will Be Up. Just Like Robberies And Assaults Are Way Up In Town.
GPD: "Buckling Down" On Those Not Buckled Up – Our Greenwich
By franktrotta
The Greenwich Police Department is joining state and local law enforcement agencies and highway safety groups in supporting an aggressive national Click It or Ticket seat belt enforcement campaign from May 18 through May 31. ...
Our Greenwich - http://ourgreenwich.com/

Unfortunately, Frank Trotta Continually Fails To Report Good And The Bad In The Greenwich Police Department.

It Is A Shame That Frank "Little Ms Sunshine"
Trotta Only Reports On The Good In The Greenwich Police Department.

Trotta Has Never Reported On Officers Being Terminated, The Civil Rights And Discrimination Lawsuits, Or The Promotion Scandals.

The Job Of Citizen And Mainstream Journalists Is To Hold All Town Departments Accountable To The Single Family Homeowners Of Greenwich.

However,
Trotta Seems To Want All Of The Town Accountable.Every Department Accountable, Except The Greenwich Police Department And His Blog Traffic At "Our Greenwich" Suffers, Because Of The Blinders He Has Put On.

Frank
Trotta Also fails to disclose to his readers that he is a member of the East Sector Community and Police Partnership.

If Frank
Trotta was to write a letter to the Greenwich Time Editor in support of his beloved Ridberg that fact would be disclosed at the end of the letter.

Even when Frank
Trotta contributed to a Parents Together School news letter (
parentstogetherct.org/2007WinterPTPrimer.pdf ) it was disclosed who his co-authors were ...." The following individuals contributed to this article: Capt. Pacewicz and Sgt. Kris. Shockley of the Greenwich Police. Department, Frank Trotta, Cindy Zizzi ..."

Currently, Frank Trotta's Police Press Release Post Has A Google Gage Rank Of Zip, Nada, Zero Nothing At http://ourgreenwich.com/blog/2009/05/12/gpd-“buckling-down”-on-those-not-buckled-up/.

While Greenwich Roundup has a page rank of 5 out of 10. The Greenwich Time currently has a Google page rank of 6 Out Of Ten.

This means
that Google independently rates Greenwich Roundup 500% more authoritative than Frank Trotta's "Our Greenwich" Page.

But For some strange reason  Google ranks the Greenwich Time As 20% More Authoritative Than Greenwich Roundup and 600% more Authoritative than Frank
Trotta's "Our Greenwich" Page.

However to be fair, We must note that Frank Trotta has pointed out the following on his "Our Greenwich" blog page......

There are stories the local daily hasn’t covered yet, such as who is the recently announced Grand Marshall of the St. Patrick’s Parade (local lawyer, James B. “Jim” Dougherty, President of the Wild Geese), or what the plans are for the Salute to Veterans or the Independence Day fireworks.  A car rolling over on King was reported here, but did you see it in the local daily?  When a MetroNorth train was on fire in Old Greenwich photos were posted here, but the story never appeared in Greenwich Time.

Again, when there was a rash of burglaries near the Merritt in Greenwich and a warning by police, the local daily ran its as its lead story on January 2, 2009. But that police warning and background on the burglaries appeared on the “front page” of OurGreenwich.com, days earlier (“BREAKING NEWS: GPD Warns Residents Along Merritt Corridor.”) on December 30, 2008.

OurGreenwich.com ran a story “BREAKING NEWS: Town sets up “warming centers” for approaching cold wave.” on January 14, a couple of days before Greenwich Time.  Residents learned here first of the Town’s plans for public broadcast of the Obama Inaugural at OurGreenwich.com.  Photos of our newest State Representative’s first day in Hartford were posted in OurGreenwich.com first.

We ran our exclusive on the beefed up traffic enforcement by Greenwich Police (“GPD Has New Weapons Against Speeders”) on October 18, 2008. Greenwich Time had it on its front page nearly 3-months later, January 13, 2009.

So if you REALLY want to know what is going on in Our Greenwich in a timely fashion read OurGreenwich.com, rather than waiting for the local daily to report it on ” Greenwich Time" time.

Yes, Frank Trotta Is Getting Little scoops from Greenwich Police Chief David Ridberg, But who cares, no one is reading them or seeing them, because Frank Trotta's "Our Greenwich Page has no Google page rank.

Yet everybody in town saw the Greenwich Time articles about the Greenwich Police department.

All That Greenwich Police Chief David Ridberg Is Doing By Playing Favorites With Press Releases Is Hurting Residents Who Need Are Counting On Ridberg To Keep Them Up To Date.

If Homes Are Being Broken Into Next To The Merrit And Ridberg Only Initially Tells His Buddy Frank Trotta And His Low Page Rank Web Page, Then The Burgulars Win And The Homeowners Lose..

Ridberg Should Send Out Police Press Releases To All Bloggers And Traditional Media Outlets On An Equal Basis.

Playing Favorites With Police Department Alerts Can Potentially Put Greenwich Residents Lives In Danger.
