My heart goes out to Jessica Lewis. No mother should ever have to bury their child. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you.
To Mr. Pastore, I realize you have to provide a defense for your client, but this has nothing to do with the amount of traveling he did that day. It has everything to do with the fact that your client drank and then proceeded to drive. Plain and simple. It is more than a "shame" when a life is lost.
To Mr. Moore, I have no sympathy for you. You knowingly drank, got behind the wheel of a car while under the influence, hit Mr. Borselio and then tried to evade responsibility. You deserve jail time!
To all those who drink and drive (and the scum bag lawyers who try to get them off), someday, I hope you all feel the pain, sorrow and loss that Jessica Lewis is feeling now.
