Ludwig Spinelli, chief executive officer of Optimus Health Care, Inc., will be speaking about "Integrating Behavioral Health and Physical Health Care" at the Southwest Regional Mental Health Board, Inc. annual meeting on June 12 at 3 p.m. in the Community Room at Norwalk City Hall. All are welcome.
