To the editor: As the Child Guidance Center strives to make our services readily available in Greenwich to every child and adolescent who is hampered by emotional problems or traumatic life circumstances, we are grateful to the Board of Estimate and Taxation for its approval of funds to support our work... .....We will work to prove worthy of the community's confidence by helping youngsters prevail against the demons of mental illness, emotional instability and difficult or disastrous life circumstances. We are dedicated to restoring to every youngster the foundation for healthy development:a childhood filled with the wonder of discovery, the pride of mastery, the pleasure of friendship and the security of a loving home.
