Paul Reginald Lowe of Greenwich Admissions Advisors will present a seminar titled "College Admissions: Beating the Odds" on Monday, April 6, on the second floor of the Greenwich Library from 6 to 7 p.m. Lowe will talk about how the tried and true methods of getting into good schools may not work anymore, and elements like 'connections,' good SAT and ACT scores and a high GPA The seminar will underline how admissions to Ivy League and other top schools aren't left to chance, what those top-flight schools are looking for and why 95 percent of students are rejected
