Students From Bridgeport, Danbury, Greenwich, Newtown, Orange, Plantsville, Putnam, Stratford and Windsor are among the top winners in the state's annual Connecticut Science & Engineering Fair . Awards were handed out Saturday during a ceremony at Quinnipiac University in Hamden.
