Chopt Creative Salad Company, a farm-to-fast food restaurant based in New York City, held its grand opening on in Greenwich, Connecticut. With roots in reinventing the classic salad in 2001 and spurring the rise of salad in New York City and Washington, DC, the original salad specialists celebrated the opening of their first Connecticut restaurant with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday.
