A driver is facing charges of driving under the influence and unsafe movement after a Greenwich Police officer "observed a vehicle engaged with a stone wall." The driver was arrested following the crash that occurred on Hillcrest Park Road shortly before 10 p.m. on Feb. 26, according to a police report.
