The Center for Sexual Assault Crisis Counseling and Education will present its third annual Women Empowering Women forum on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Stamford Marriott Hotel and Spa. This year's panel discussion, "Building Your Personal Brand," will be moderated by Rebecca Surran of News 12 Connecticut.
