Greenwich police arrested a Madison man Tuesday after his sister reported he stole $178,000 from their elderly father, according to greenwichtime.com. Thomas Herrmann, 59, withdrew the money from various bank accounts in his father's name and controlled by his sister, greenwichtime.com reported.
