When it comes to Valentine's Day, a dozen red roses are still the favorite choice, says the owner of a 105-year-old flower and garden center business in Greenwich. James McArdle III, owner of McArdle's Florist & Garden Center at 48 Arch St., said Valentine's Day is one of the busiest of the year.
