Stamford city hall aims to do everything better with focus on 'metrics'

Newly married Alison Mandras Versaggi, who grew up in Greenwich, gives her husband Ross Versaggi of Stamford a kiss on the stone bridge in Binney Park, Old Greenwich, Saturday, July 3, 2010. Alison said her father was helping with the setup of the fireworks in the park and she could not think of a more perfectly pretty and patriotic day for her wedding.
