Riverside home sells for $19 million, bypasses MLS

Less than a month into 2015, Greenwich's real estate market has already seen two homes sell for more than $10 million, the most recent of which closed last Thursday when 25 Pilot Rock Lane sold for $19 million--without ever being formally listed. The three-bedroom home, which sits on 1.9 acres of waterfront property in Riverside's prestigious Harbor Point Association , is the most expensive closing in town since the record-breaking $120 million transaction at 499 Indian Field Road last April.
