A Greenwich man is facing cruelty to animal and disorderly conduct charges after he was accused of kicking his dog. Greenwich Police were called to 14 N. Water St., just before 5 p.m. Dec. 13 on a report of an intoxicated man with a pit bull yelling at passing motorists and pedestrians, according to a police report.
