Rock sensation Pat Benatar and her husband-guitarist , Neil "Spyder" Giraldo, announced the postponement of their 35th anniversary U.S. tour prompting the cancellation of her concert at the Capitol Theatre for the second time this fall. The CLAY Health Club + Spa in Greenwich is launching "Superhuman: The Class," which blends various fitness disciplines such as martial arts, basic yoga, dance, body weight training, plyometrics, circuit training and more.
