A 16,963 square-foot mansion in Conyers Farm sold for $13.2 million last Wednesday, taking the crown as October's top residential real estate transaction for the town of Greenwich, according to a Greenwich Time analysis of documents from the Town Assessor's office. The two-story colonial, situated on about 22 acres, at 105 Conyers Farm Drive was one of two homes to close for eight figures last month; a Belle Haven home formerly owned by billionaire Mario Gabelli sold for $10.3 million earlier in October, marking the 18th $10-million-plus residential sale of 2014.
