Former Gov. M. Jodi Rell says Democratic Gov. Dannel P. Malloy's economic policies have hurt the state and she is endorsing GOP gubernatorial candidate Tom Foley in the Nov. 4 election. Rell says in a news release from the Connecticut Republican Party that the state needs to get out from under one-party rule and notes that Foley, a Greenwich businessman, has 35 years of experience in the profession.
